Our proven bottle design includes an injection molded neck finish, greatly reducing the possibility of leakers. The design of the handled bottle has no hollow area in the bottle. This design feature allows for better washing and sanitizing than standard polycarbonate style bottles. Sterling's distinctive Star Bottom bottles incorporate a unique gusseted bottom. This feature allows for greater strength and load capacity.

In molding, Sterling uses the latest proven PET material. This material, unlike polycarbonate material, resists stress cracking adding to number of 'trips' on each bottle while providing exceptional clarity. Recent improvements in PET have also increased scuff resistance making them comparable in wear to any returnable bottle available today.
